Engineering Solutions:

•  Momentary Paralleling Schemes & Fast Bus Transfer schemes

A bus transfer system is designed to provide process continuity to the loads attached to a motor bus while transferring the bus from one source to another. A successful bus transfer under contingent conditions provides immense value and benefits to continuous process operations that cannot afford an interruption of power supply to plant auxiliaries.

We are experienced in designing and implementing such schemes for substations.  This can be done as a retrofit in existing panels or supplied as a new panel as per station condition and requirement.

• Load Shedding scheme

During overloads in the mains, the load shedding applied to interruptible loads is often the only solution to keep the industries in operation. Normally, in such cases, non-critical loads that are earlier identified are tripped automatically to avoid interruption of critical loads and induced penalties when power is being drawn from the grid.

• Power System Studies and Relay Coordination’s

Relay coordination study and analysis is performed to make sure that safety operation of the system are functioning correctly and to avoid the nuisance tripping, as protection is a major concern in any industry and they rely on protective devices for the same.

The aim of a coordination study is to determine the characteristics, ratings, and settings of overcurrent protective devices which will ensure that minimum unfaulty load is interrupted when protective devices isolate a fault or overload anywhere in the system.

• Protection System Upgradation/ Retrofits with Modern Numerical Relays

Older relay usually outdated, are supposed to be replaced in industries to avoid mal tripping and ease operations in a plant. We offer

• Maintenance for Breakers

Service life of a breaker is a parameter linked to maintenance of the breaker. Servicing reduces the issues of aging with the breaker and maintains smooth operation of the breaker during the life time.  We do breaker servicing that involves

2. Removal of old grease and re-greasing the same with recommended grease.

• Energy Meter Calibration 

The energy meter is heart of the power supply network. If the energy meter is correct the consumption recorded and the billing is correct. If the energy meter is not correct we lose on all fronts. Therefore the energy meters are required to be checked tested and calibrated on regular intervals.
